Compliance: You must adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing mental health practice, including confidentiality and ethical standards.
Quality of Care: You are expected to provide services that are professional, ethical, and aligned with best practices in the mental health field, especially in the context of victim advocacy.
Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.
Conduct: You must conduct yourself in a professional manner while using the platform and providing services. Any behavior that violates the Terms or disrupts the integrity of the platform may result in suspension or termination of your account.
